HEART 9/11 Celebrates “Forever Board Member” Ed Danberry

Join us on Monday, November 18th, as we celebrate HEART 9/11 "Forever Board Member" Ed Danberry at the Sgt. John Basilone Remembrance Day at American Dream, Rutherford, NJ, from 12 to 2 p.m.

I met Ed in 2008 following HEART 9/11's first rebuilding response to the devastated 9th Ward of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. Ed's contributions have been extraordinary over the past 16 years. His actions not only helped us recover quickly but also set a standard for our future operations. 

"I can help you with that," was Ed's constant refrain. This statement defined our friendship and provided me with a roadmap to successful philanthropy and a meaningful life. Ed's friendship was one I treasured and exemplified the American spirit of giving.
